At 220 some classes are better than others. At 250 those same ones that were bad at 220 are now top tier because you have more node slots. At 220 for bossing mules my top tier is bucc, hero, Bowmaster, marksman, wind archer, duel blade, demon slayer, and there’s probably a couple others.
